What is Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?

SGPT combines the attention of 1-on-1 coaching with the energy and affordability of group fitness.

You’ll work in groups of 3–4 with personalised programming tailored to your goals, fitness level, and limitations — all led by an expert coach.

Chloe

"Hey, I’m Chloe—a Personal Trainer and Mental Health & Exercise Coach passionate about helping women feel good in their bodies and minds.

I work with women of all ages and fitness levels, with a focus on you—your wellbeing, your goals, and what makes you feel like your best self.

I grew up as a dancer and, like many, struggled for years with the pressures and expectations of that environment, which took a toll on my mental health.

It was a tough journey, but it’s also what makes me deeply relatable to so many of the women I work with. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to reconnect with your body in a healthy way. For me, discovering exercise as a positive outlet was a turning point—not just physically, but mentally too.

Now, I’m here to share that same shift with others.

Whether you're starting out or starting over, I’ll meet you where you are—guiding you with compassion, knowledge, and a focus on your unique goals to help you build confidence, strength, and balance.

Key information about SGPT

How many people are in a 'small group'?

If our session is before 4pm it's a maximum of 4 people. After 4pm it's a maximum of 3 people, due to the difference in how busy the gym is between peak and off peak times.

What does the timetable look like for SGPT?

The timetable is subject to change; however, we currently have:

AM - Tuesday and Thursday

PM - Wednesday and Friday

From time to time, we will add or remove sessions based on client numbers and availability.

Where do the SGPT sessions take place?

We are based at The Gym Lounge in Smallfield.

Who is SGPT for?

SGPT is for anyone and everyone!

Our community ranges from 20 year olds to 60 year olds - your age is no barrier to becoming a part of our supportive community. We accept any level of fitness and experience, with programmes and sessions tailored based on ability.

I have a past injury that restricts my movement, can sessions be adapted for this?

Absolutely.

We don't currently support or coach rehabilitation programmes, but we can adapt workouts based on your limitation(s) to ensure you still get moving in a way that suits your needs.
